This place has been recently renovated and is located right next to the town center. the breakfast offers a variety of choices to suit most preferences. the staff is super friendly and always ready to assist with a quick response time. 😊

Good reception and super restaurant. No parking problem but steps down to reach entrance. Weather not suitable for swimming pool but it looked good.
Very difficult to find. Breakfast was not up to the standards of the restaurant. But we liked the ambience and enjoyed our stay.

very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent restaurant and good value carte; menu of day very good value. only 15 mins walk downhill to village so get all the benefits of Santillana without the parking hassle and better views!

The restaurant serves delicious local produce, the rustic decor makes me feel like I'm in the countryside, and the hotel offers great amenities like a terrace and complimentary Wi-Fi. A perfect escape!
The only downside was the fact that the elevator wasn't made of gold. How disappointing!

There was savoury food, the staff was attentive. I was given big size and light room with a great view, a Juliet balcony, as example. The hotel's location was peaceful to enjoy the view across the valley. Further, it was right by the coast, Spain and a hill above the town.

Swimming pool, location away from the busy center of town, nice breakfast, pretty setting; good for kids- pool, free bike loans, croquet, bocce ball.
The room was musty-smelling due to lack of ventilation; It feels like this place wants to be very special and a wonderful little get-away, and it succeeds in some areas but the overall feel is that it is trying to be that way, not that it is that way.

Location was beautiful and close to Santander.
Staff were a bit dour and reception seemed surprised that we had arrived by motorcycle, even though I had made a request for parking of the bike to be reserved.
